How to find your driver

After collecting your luggage, head to the arrivals hall. Your booking confirmation states the exact meeting point. Any doubt? One call or WhatsApp message and the dispatch connects you with your driver immediately.

Flight delayed or early?

That is exactly why we ask for your flight number. The pickup is automatically realigned to the actual landing time: you never wait for your taxi, and your taxi never bills you for a delay caused by the plane.

Groups and families

Tell us the number of passengers and bags when booking: we assign a sedan, business car or van, with child seats if needed.

Leaving Geneva: when to set off

A departure is calculated backwards from take-off. Allow about 2 hours before an intercontinental flight and 1 h 30 before a European one — that is the time to spend at the airport, not the drive, which is short: the terminal is roughly 4 km from the city centre.

Arriving and leaving in one booking

A pickup on arrival and a drop-off on departure can be booked together, which takes 10% off the total. The two dates are separate — a week apart changes nothing — and the departure address may differ from the arrival one.
