Privacy policy

This policy describes the personal data processing carried out by Taxi Genève (UID CHE-418.174.251) for the Taxi Genève service, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Data collected

• Booking data: first and last name, phone, email, pickup and destination addresses, trip details (flight, passengers, luggage, child seats), instructions provided.
• Technical data strictly necessary for the site to function.
• Audience and conversion measurement data, only after consent via the cookie banner.

Purposes

• Performing the booked ride and related communication (confirmation, driver, invoicing).
• Managing corporate accounts.
• Improving the service and measuring advertising performance, with consent.

Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to perform the service and meet legal obligations (accounting), then deleted.

Recipients

Data is only shared with the people needed to perform the ride (dispatch, driver) and the site's technical providers, and is never sold to third parties.

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data at info@taxigeneve.ch.
