Call, or book online?
Calling is faster when you need a car now, when the address is hard to describe, or when something about the trip is unusual — a bulky item, an animal, a pickup inside a private estate.
Booking online is better for anything planned: the price is calculated and confirmed in writing before you commit, the vehicle is reserved for the time you gave, and a flight number keeps the pickup aligned with the actual landing.
- Call — immediate pickup, unusual requests, anything easier to explain than to type
- Book online — airport transfers, planned rides, group travel, written confirmation
- WhatsApp — when you want a written trace but not a form

What it costs
Inside the canton of Geneva, an airport transfer is a flat CHF 100 in a standard saloon — no meter, no distance calculation, no surcharge for luggage.
A licensed street taxi works differently: CHF 6.30 to get in, then CHF 3.20/km on Tariff I, and CHF 3.80/km on Tariff II — at night, on Sundays and public holidays, and from four passengers.
Meter rates: State of Geneva, taxi regulation (article 32). Checked 4 August 2026.
