What a booked ride includes

A firm price

The amount is given before pickup and does not move: neither traffic jams nor a detour forced by the roads change it.

Flight tracking

For an arrival, your flight number is enough: the pickup time follows the actual landing. A delayed plane is not charged to you.

Met at arrivals

The driver waits in the hall, at a meeting point agreed in advance, and helps with the luggage.

The right vehicle

Saloon, business car or van for up to 7 passengers, based on the people and luggage you tell us about.

Fuel and tolls

All included in the quoted price: you pay nothing along the way.

Why the price differs from the meter

Two systems exist in Geneva, and they do not compare. A taxi hailed in the street runs on the tariff set by the canton: the final amount depends on traffic and is only known on arrival. A ride booked in advance has a fixed price, known before you get in.

Child seat

CHF 30 per seat — infant carrier, child seat or booster, to be stated when booking with the child's age.

Waiting beyond the free time

Charged at the current hourly rate.

Cancellation

• More than 48 h before pickup: no charge.
• Between 48 h and 24 h: 50% of the booking amount.
• Less than 24 h: 100% of the booking amount.

After your request

1. 1We check that a vehicle is available at your time.
2. 2You receive the price and the confirmation, by email or by phone.
3. 3On the day, your driver is waiting at the address you gave.

The form commits you to nothing: until you have the confirmation, no ride is booked.
