Booking online

Is there a taxi app for Geneva? What we actually offer

There is no app to download. Booking runs in your browser, which means nothing to install, nothing to update, and no account to create before you can see a price. Here is exactly how it works and what it does not do.

How a booking works

  • Enter both addressespick them from the suggestions — the price is only calculated on a confirmed address, never on free text
  • Choose date, time and passengersfrom four passengers the vehicle changes, and the price with it
  • See the price for each vehiclestandard, E-Class, van and S-Class side by side, before you commit
  • Confirmyou receive a written confirmation; payment is not taken at that stage

What it does not do

Being straight about the limits matters more than listing features nobody uses.

  • No live car tracking

the dispatch confirms the vehicle and the time; there is no map showing the car approaching

  • No ride sharing

a booked vehicle is yours alone

  • No surge pricing

the price does not rise with demand — but it does not fall either

  • No loyalty points

the discount that exists is on return trips, applied automatically

Why book ahead rather than hail

A booked ride holds a vehicle for a stated time. That matters most when it is hardest to find a taxi: early mornings, Sunday evenings, snow, and the arrival peaks at the airport.

It also fixes the amount. A street taxi runs on the meter, which keeps counting in traffic at CHF 60 an hour of waiting, and switches to CHF 3.80/km at night, on Sundays and from four passengers.

Meter rates: State of Geneva, taxi regulation (article 32). Checked 4 August 2026.

Try it — no account needed

Enter a pickup and a destination. The price appears before anything is confirmed, and no payment is taken at that stage.
