Corporate and hotel accounts

Companies, firms, hotels and concierge services can open a corporate account: centralised bookings for staff and guests, consolidated monthly invoicing, a dedicated contact.

Multi-stop days

For a roadshow, site visits or hosting a delegation, a chauffeured vehicle can stay at your disposal for the agreed duration, with a programme set in advance.

Meeting a client at the airport

The driver waits in the arrivals hall at the point named in the booking, and the flight is tracked: a two-hour delay moves the pickup rather than costing the journey. Give the flight number when booking — it is what makes the tracking possible — and the name the driver should hold if the passenger is not you.

For a departure, allow about 2 hours before an intercontinental flight and 1 h 30 before a European one. Those are airport allowances, not driving time; the dispatch works the departure backwards from them.

Invoicing that survives an audit

With a corporate account, one invoice a month lists every journey with its date, route, vehicle and passenger. Booked in both directions, a journey takes 10% off the total — which on a Zurich return is CHF 176.

Fares are the published ones, confirmed before each journey, with no meter. A saloon or business car carries up to three passengers, a van up to seven — see vans and groups for a delegation.
