How a booking runs, end to end

You ask for a price — online, by phone or on WhatsApp — with the route, the date, the time and the number of passengers. The fare comes back before you commit to anything, and it is the fare you pay: booked journeys carry no meter. A vehicle and a driver are assigned to the booking, and on the day the driver is at the address at the agreed time. Payment happens at the end, on board.

Nothing in that sequence requires an app, an account or a card held in advance. A corporate account only changes the last step — one invoice a month instead of a payment per journey.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not run a meter on a booked journey, so the price cannot drift with the traffic. We do not add a surcharge discovered on arrival: a child seat is CHF 30 per seat per journey, extended waiting and oversized luggage are stated at booking, and that is the whole list. We do not change vehicle at the French border — the same car and the same driver continue to Annecy, Chamonix or Courchevel.

The area we cover is Geneva and its canton, the Pays de Gex, Annemasse and nearby Haute-Savoie, plus every route listed on the destinations page. Anything else is quoted on request rather than refused.
