Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the passenger transport services provided by Taxi Genève, a company registered in Geneva under UID CHE-418.174.251under the Taxi Genève brand.

2. Booking and confirmation

Every request (phone, WhatsApp or online form) receives a confirmation including the ride price. The booking is firm once this confirmation is issued.

3. Price and payment

The price is confirmed before pickup. Any surcharges (waiting beyond the included conditions, route changes requested during the ride) are announced in advance.Accepted payment methods: carte de crédit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) à bord, Twint, espèces en CHF, virement bancaire pour les comptes entreprises.

4. Waiting and delays

Waiting conditions: 60 minutes offertes après l'atterrissage réel pour un vol international, 30 minutes pour un vol domestique, 15 minutes pour toute autre adresse.

5. Cancellation and changes

6. Liability

The carrier uses all necessary means to ensure punctual pickups; it cannot be held liable for delays due to external circumstances (exceptional traffic, weather, road closures).

7. Applicable law
